Freesites Tutorial
This is this first page of my first tutorial.
I decide to start it after reading lots of tutorials, and not following them.
Why didn't I follow them? Because I was unable to do so, and there were always so many thing to be done in one day, that when having 2 day jobs I couldn't manage to do so.
Now I am starting a tutorial that is made for newbies that still have one or two day jobs, but if you are an expert you can also check it out as I am sure that there is always something that we can learn from each other.
I will be giving away the templates I will use here (click here to check them out), so your work will be much easier and will take less time to be done, also the link lists link where I will be submitting the free sites will also be given for you guys here (just click here). All you will have to do is a copy and paste work, and image resizing (which is made automatically with EZ Thumbs)!
Before anything I think I should explain: what is a free site? It is a small website (with 4 pages). The index page has warnings on it saying that it contains adult related material, all the link lists links, the enter link (linked to the main page) and the leave website link (on the leave website link you can use links to your mainstream sponsors such as Personal Bucks). The main page has links to your sponsors (you can use hardcore banners here) and to both of your galleries. On the galleries you have links to the images and to your sponsor (only the one you are using content from). Don't use to many images (such as header and things like that, because that will use more bandwidth than a text header).
Now you know what is a free site lets get to the structure that you will be using on your free sites.
The structure you will be using is the following (see image for better understanding - it is just a sample - not all sponsors added):
On the root dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/) there will be a index page, preferably with link to all of your free sites
The images dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/images/) will have one sub dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/images/thumbs/) where the thumbs will be located at, on the images dir you will place the full sized images.
There will also be one sponsors dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/sponsors/) and there will be sub dirs with the name of your sponsors on it (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/sponsors/platinumbucks/) there you will add all of your sponsors banners that you will be using to promote them!
There should also be a folder for the recips images (http://www.yourdomain.com/recip/ or http://www.yourdomain.com/recips/), where you will put all the recips images. Name them with the name of the site which you will link that image to (like thehun.gif or thehun.jpg fo The Hun).
Your free sites will be on dirs called by numbers (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/01/) or you can make them using the niche before the number (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/lesbian01/).
I hope you understood the basic structure that you were supposed to build, because if you are not able to build such a basic structure you will have to go start from an even more basic tutorial than this one (I think that anyone can build such a basic structure, don't you agree?)
We will be using only the big sponsors as they have sites on almost every niche that you can imagine, I will also use some smaller sponsors to the tranny niche (both of them use CCbill as Credit Card Processor).
The good things about the big sponsors is that you can use them for almost every niche available, as they have lots of sites on almost every niche. The bad thing is that almost all of their content is already over used, so this mean try to get in touch with them in order to get some fresh content from them (they will be very happy to help you, because the more you sell their sites the more money you will make for them!).

The sponsors marked with * are niche specific, so those are the sponsors that you should keep your focus on to, but do not forget the other ones as they are Big Sponsors, and they have very good conversion rates and retention of the surfers you sent.
I've heard lots of people saying that they don't work with Rev Share because they don't trust their sponsors, all I have to say to you is: if you don't trust one of your sponsors why do you promote it?
But you can use any sponsors you want to, I have a list of sponsors that I am using at http://pornpf69.info. Be sure to select some niche specific sponsors and some big sponsors!

Why use penis enlargement sponsors? Just because you can make up to 150 bucks per sale. Isn't that a good reason? I think it is.
Let's begin the FreeSites Tutorial!
We will be using only sponsor content, because if you are a newbie you don't have any money to get started yet, well I didn't so I decided to start with sponsors content...You can also buy some content at on content stores. It is up to you.
I have selected 3 niches that I will be using on my freesites, fetish, lesbian and tranny, but you can feel free to choose the niches you will be working with (those 3 I have already made the link list recips)!
The reason I have selected those niches is because of their converting rates (specially the tranny sites have awesome converting rates), but as I have already said you can choose any niche that you want to work with!
I will be using EZ Thumbs to generate the thumbs and the images because it is an easy to use software, I will also upload all this tutorial so that you guys can download it and work when you have the time!
Lets check out if there is any hosting company willing to help us by offering free hosting for you to get started, but hosting is not an expensive thing nowadays, and you can also try the sponsors host (Platinum Bucks, and Fetish Hits offer you free hosting, but then you will only be able to promote their sites on each of the freesites you will be making), once again it is up to you.

You can register some .info domains for free at one of the following places:
DomainDiscount24, NameSecure or Dotster (this is the one I use)
Now that you already have a domain name and a hosting package (from your sponsor or payed) you must decide what to do with it. The best option is freesites. Why is that? Because with freesites you have 4 pages to put ads from your sponsors, and because you will get lots of SE traffic from the link lists.
Each free site has 4 pages: the warning page, the main page and the two galleries. You should also add 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance notice on your page because some link lists are requesting it in order to list your freesites.
1. The Warning (index) page: This page is where you will add the warning text saying that your site contains adult related content! On top of this page you can add your site's name, below it there should be either the warning text or some ad from your sponsor (the best choice). Your first add from your sponsor should be under the warning text or on its side, but must be softcore! The thing you want your visitor to see is your ads, as that is what is going to bring you some money! The surfers who will actually enter your site are probably only looking for free porn, and will not buy anything (what makes us happy is that its not all of them). Under that there is recip links to link lists you will be submitting your freesite. Every link list request a recip link, but some of them request niche specific recip link, so before you submit your free site grab the recip links and add them on the free sites you will be making. I will be adding 12 recips on the warning pages from my freesites, but you should take a closer look on everyone of their rules so that you make sure that you will get listed on them. You will be doing a few copies of the free sites and change the recips.
2. The Main page: This page must not have more than 3 ads and the links to the two galleries you have made. Keep in mind that you want the surfer to click on your ads not on your gallery links!
3. The Galleries: Almost every link list out there requires at least 20 pictures to be listed. I have made galleries using 20 pics on each of them and 2 or 3 links to my sponsors. As you can see I am using much more text links on the galleries I made, because this way I try will get some SE traffic. If you are using bought content you can also use some email programs on these pages, as the surfers who got to your galleries already passed by your ads and didn't clicked on them. Well, maybe he is interested in some more free porn.
I have made a small submission tool to help you submitting your freesites to the link lists (click here to check it out). It is a page which I used frames, with link to all my link lists submit page on the left (and will open on the right frame once you click on it) and a check box beside it so that you can check it once you have submitted to that link list. I am always adding new link lists to it so always check it out! Hope that it will help you guys to make some money...
Things you must not forget:
Always make clean versions (without recips) of your freesites (there are always new link lists being created).
Check the link lists that accepts more than one submission per day (list them separated) I have not done this in this tutorial because I didn't have enough time to do so, maybe on the next one.
Don't be afraid to get in touch (always get in touch with you sponsors and to the link list owners, they will always be happy to help you!).
Your sponsors will be much happier with you if you are generating sales (I think that you will be much happier too).
Learn from your mistakes (if you have made a site and it is not converting try to see why it is not working), change the sponsors, change the links you are using...
Let's work some more!
After submitting your sites wait a few days to get listed, link list owners get tons of submissions each day! So there is no need to check your stats on the day after you submited you first free site. Wait a few days and you will see the result on your hosting stats.
Now you will build a freesite on another niche (using the same template), if you are submitting another free site on the same niche be sure to use another template or you have big chances on being rejected! As I said you will be working with 3 niches so this means that you will have to use 10 templates in one month!
Submit for 10 consecutive days on aech niche, to find out which one will convert better for you

Free Loaders - Take the best out of them!
How can we advantage of them? We can offer them links for niche top lists (one on the bottom of each gallery)! Send them to top list and get another visitors back to your site. As easy as that. This is an easy way to get traffic to your freesite.
As I already said you shouldn't have your sites with consecutive (or easy to figure out) names, to avoid the freeloaders, but what should you do then? You will be using an .htaccess file to redirect the traffic of the freeloaders to another page.
But how do you do that?
It's quite simple:
1. Open any text editor (like notepad) and then type:
ErrorDocument 404 http://pf69freesites.info/404.htm
ErrorDocument 403 http://pf69freesites.info/403.htm
2. Save it as my.htaccess (on windows you cant save it as .htaccess directly)
3. Then upload it to your /public_html folder on your hosting and rename it to .htaccess
Now when the free loader try to access the by a logical thinking another of your free sites he will get redirected to your 404 page or to your 403 page, depending on the error message that the server will send to the surfer.
404 is the error for file not found and 403 is the error for file permanently moved.
Why not use only 10 images per Gallery?
As you might have seen I am not using 10 images per gallery (which is the minimum accepted on all link lists).
Why did I do that? Because this way I can also use the galleries to submit to TGPs (but this is another tutorial that will come later).
I have been thinking and decided to change the structure we will be using on our free sites directories , instead of putting the galleries inside the directory where the index and the main page is we will be putting them in a directory named gallery or gallery. This will help us on the gallery tutorial that is comming out soon.
Basic Rules to get listed
Be sure to follow them and you will get listed on every link list out there!
- Make your images at least 600 pixels on the larger size (the bigger the better, but be aware that the bigger the images are, more bandwidth they will use)
- Make your own 2257 rule compliance page, and link it to each page of your site
- Use at least 20 images on your free site (10 on each gallery)
- Link the thumbs right to the images, and not to HTML pages
- Use 6 - 12 link list recips on each site.
- Don't put anything hardcore on your Warning Page (index.htm or index.html)
- Use HTML pages only
- Put the title of your site on every page and on the title tag
- Use the maximum of 3 sponsor links per page.
- No blind links, pop ups, pop unders, toolbars, dialers and stuff like that on your pages.
- Make it easy to navigate (clear links to the main page and to the gallery pages)
- Never use any target tags (target="_blank") and never use nothing adult for your exit link on index page
