Gallery Tutorial
This is my first gallery tutorial. this tutorial was made for newbies that still have one day job, but also for experts, as I am sure that there is always something that we can learn from each other.
I will be giving away the templates I will use (click here to check them out), but you guys will have to make some changes on them so your work will be much easier and will take less time to be done, the TGPs recips where I will be submitting the galleries will also be given for you guys here (but I am still working on that). All you will have to do is a copy and paste work, and image resizing (which is made automatically with EZ Thumbs)!
Before anything I think I should explain: what is a gallery? It is a single page with 12-20 pics, and no more than 2 sponsors ads. There should have links to the images and to your sponsor (only the one you are using content from). Use lots of graphics (such as header and things like that, but be aware that it will use more bandwidth than a text header).
Now you know what gallery is, let's get to the structure that you will be using on it.
The structure you will be using is the following (see image for better understanding - it is just a sample - not all sponsors added):
On the root dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/) there will be a index page, preferably with link to all of your free sites (maybe you could use your main domain page to make a link dump...but that may be another tutorial...)
The images dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/images/) will have one sub dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/images/thumbs/) where the thumbs will be located at, on the images dir you will place the full sized images.
There will also be one sponsors dir (http://www.yourdomain.com/sponsors/) and there will be sub dirs with the name of your sponsors on it (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/sponsors/platinumbucks/) there you will add all of your sponsors banners that you will be using to promote them!
Your galleries can be located in a dir named galleries (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/galleries/) into that dir you can create a sub dir with the name of the niche of the galleries (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/galleries/lesbian/) and inside that dir you will place all of the galleries of that niche, just make sure that if you don't use consecutive numbers for your galleries are there are lots of free loaders that would visit all your galleries without going into any of your sponsors. Note that when I used consecutive numbers the galleries were the same, but with different recips.
I hope you understood the basic structure that you were supposed to build, because if you are not able to build such a basic structure you will have to go start from an even more basic tutorial than this one (I think that anyone can build such a basic structure, don't you agree?)
We will be using only the big sponsors as they have sites on almost every niche that you can imagine, I will also use some smaller sponsors to the tranny niche (both of them use CCbill as Credit Card Processor).
The good things about the big sponsors is that you can use them for almost every niche available, as they have lots of sites on almost every niche. The bad thing is that almost all of their content is already over used, so this mean try to get in touch with them in order to get some fresh content from them (they will be very happy to help you, because the more you sell their sites the more money you will make for them!).

I've heard lots of people saying that they don't work with Rev Share because they don't trust their sponsors, all I have to say to you is: if you don't trust one of your sponsors why do you promote it?
But you can use any sponsors you want to, I have a list of sponsors that I am using at http://pornpf69.info. Be sure to select some niche specific sponsors and some big sponsors!
We will be using only sponsor content, because if you are a newbie you don't have any money to get started yet, well I didn't so I decided to start with sponsors content...You can also buy some content at on content stores. It is up to you.
I have selected 3 niches that I will be using on my galleries, fetish, lesbian and tranny, but you can feel free to choose the niches you will be working with!
The reason I have selected those niches is because of their converting rates (specially the tranny sites have awesome converting rates), but as I have already said you can choose any niche that you want to work with!
I will be using EZ Thumbs to generate the thumbs and the images because it is an easy to use software, I will also upload all this tutorial so that you guys can download it and work when you have the time!
I will only use sponsors hosting for this tutorial (I will be checking which TGPs are accepting galleries hosted on sponsors host).

Now that you already have a domain name and a hosting package (from your sponsor or payed) you must decide what to do with it. The best option is freesites. Why is that? Because with freesites you have 4 pages to put ads from your sponsors, and because you will get lots of SE traffic from the link lists.
As you will be using sponsors content and sponsors hosting you will only be able to promote only one site per gallery. So this means that you will have to make tons of galleries to start making some money (I would go with freesites)
You should add 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance notice on your page because some TGPs and sponsors request that, put it on the bottom of your galleries.
You will be doing a few copies of the galleries and changing the recips, so that will get listed on every place you will be submitting it.
I am working on a tool to make the submitting easier for you guys, but there are lots tools already available such as Chameleon Submitter, Advanced Submitter, Dream Submitter and so on.
Things you must not forget:
Always make clean versions (without recips) of your galleries (there are always new TGPs being created).
Check the TGPs that are accepting more than one submission per day (list them separated), and also check the ones that are accepting partners.
Don't be afraid to get in touch (always get in touch with you sponsors and to the TGP owners, they will always be happy to help you!).
Your sponsors will be much happier with you if you are generating sales (I think that you will be much happier too).
Learn from your mistakes (if you have made a gallery and it is not converting try to see why it is not working), change the sponsors, change the type ads you are using, try another niche.
As I said I am making some freesites, so this means that I will be using the same gallery templates that I a using on my freesites as I am making them with 16-20 pics.
I have already said that I am giving the templates I am using for free at here), but I made them are very simple so you will have to work on them (specially on the graphics)!
Your work will be to make at least one gallery per day and submit it to as many TGPs as you can, as that were your traffic will come from! NO TRAFFIC means NO SALES!
You must not forget to search for TGPs that are looking for partners, as this way you will get your sites on a better position. In order to get a partner account you must provide at least one high quality gallery per day, with recent content (which is kind of hard to do with sponsors content).
There are some places that you sure would like to get listed like: THE-HUN, UH-OH, ABSOLUT-SERIES, AL4A, BOOKMARK-NET, BULL-DOG-LIST, CANDY-LIST, CHUBBY-LAND, DR-BIZZARO, EASY-PIC, FREAK-THUMBS, FREE-6, FREE-HEAVEN, GORILLA-LINKS, HARDCORE-JUNKY, HARD-PICS, JPEG-4-FREE, JUICYCLIPS, LIBRARY-OF-THUMBS, MAD-THUMBS, NASTY-FETISH-POST, ONLY-TEENS, PERFECT-GIRLS, PERSIAN-KITTY, PIC-WAREHOUSE, PINK-WORLD, RICHARDS-REALM, SETS-OF-SEXY-GIRLS, SEX-OCEAN, TGP-SOFTWARE, THUMBZILLA, TOMMYS-BOOKMARKS, TWO-LIPS, WILD-CHERRIES, WORLD-SEX, XXX-VOGUE.
Do you know why you would like to get listed there? Because they will get your site an awesome traffic! And high traffic can mean high sales, but not necessarily.
Basic Rules to get listed
Be sure to follow them and you will get listed on every link list out there!
- Make your images at least 800 pixels on the larger size (the bigger the better, but be aware that the bigger the images are, more bandwidth they will use)
- Make your own 2257 rule compliance page, and link it to each gallery
- Use at least 15 images on your free site (10 on each gallery)
- Use 2 or 3 link list recips on each gallery.
- Use HTML pages only
- Put the title of your site on every page and on the title tag
- Use the maximum of 3 sponsor links per page.
- No blind links, pop ups, pop unders, toolbars, dialers and stuff like that on your pages.
