Content will be made by you, using the promo tools that the sponsors you have selected to use and the LINKS you will have to dig from pages that are similar to yours (preferably BLOGs), a good place to get started is on Webmaster Boards like the ones listed here.

About the content, you can also use RSS FEEDS as FILLERS, but they can't be the main thing on your BLOG, as they can get those feeds directly from the source, and trust me, they will find your source! You need to offer them a lot more than just that! Import one post from the feeds each week, just to keep them up to date on those. If you need to import the feeds is because you don't know what it is all about... if you know WRITE your own POST as you will get a much better result than simply using the RSS FEED!
